Trump Campaign Day 3

 

3rd day!

In the morning we had the opportunity to hear from Meg Kinnard, a reporter for AP News. She spoke about the importance of unbiased political campaign media, and how her news organization is committed to only stating the facts. 

In the morning we had the opportunity to visit the South Carolina Democratic Party headquarters in Columbia. It was lovely getting a chance to speak with Christale Splain, the first Black woman chair of the party.

Lunch was at Lizard's Thicket, a breakfast/lunch/dinner place that is known to attract a lot of Republican speakers which was cool.

From there we headed to the Trump campaign office in Charleston, where we continued to phone bank.
